Vickie McMullen has 25 years of Human Resources experience, with knowledge in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Retention and Training. Working in diverse industries, including Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Financial Services.  Recruitment experience includes filling positions at the professional level-Department heads, middle level-Managers and Supervisory roles, and entry-level positions in addition to college recruits both undergraduate and MBA programs nationally for Fortune 10 companies, midsize and small companies in the Midwest and East Coast region. Experience in large recruitment start-ups and expansion of operational units.  Involved in talent acquisition recruitment efforts of two large national companies transitioning business operations to Northern Kentucky units involved in IT Services solutions and Investment processing. Both efforts involved staffing up of corporate offices, operations, and customer services centers.

 

Diverse professional experience in industry, education, and non-profit, leading departments and programs focused on developing viable candidates for the marketplace and workforce programs to train candidates with industry skills that will allow them to effectively transition into jobs to make an immediate impact to meet business outcomes.  

 

Vickie received her B.S., M.Ed., and Ed.D. from the University of Cincinnati and formerly served as the Director of the University of Cincinnati MBA Program. Partnered with educational institutions, community organizations, and employers throughout the greater Cincinnati region on workforce efforts to increase women, diverse candidates, and veterans with specialized skills and competencies needed in the workplace to bridge the skills gap in manufacturing.  A member of the Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association and an affiliate of the Society of Human Resources Management organization.
